I love the boots. I usually wear a wide width but these are way too wide. Can I exchange for a Size 8 medium at the same price

Think Twice

The boots looked great in the photograph, but when they arrived, there was a noticeable bulge in the fabric, and the outside zipper was very difficult to pull up to close, so I decided to return them.

Love Bzees/Lifestride boots!!

Have many of these boots. Great for walking, love washsbility. Would buy again and Macys is great!!

Terrible, cheap quality

The zipper sticks on the outside. Incredibly tough to zip up, and once up, it will make the shoe bulge on the outside. The shoe itself is flimsy and cheap looking.

Defect very disapointed

Received and product seems to have a defect. Both boots have zipper issues and are uncomfortable. Can only leave the zippers partially down to wear and the boot protrudes at the ankle. Zippers appear to have excess fabric in them.
