Do not purchase!

This bed is not good quality. The bed frame has broken several times. The screws easily become loose. The warranty service Worry No More is delayed at troubleshooting your claim and do not provide flexibility in coming to review your claim. It took 4 weeks for them to even inspect the bed. I paid full price for this bed and have had not received the same quality I have with cheaper beds from other brands. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

beaitiful sophisticated dresser

We love our bedside Bernhardt Lille tables. This completes our set beautifully. Very happy with the whole process, ordering, white glove delivery and ultimately the quality & design of this solid dresser.

Poor Quality; Buyers Beware!!

This bed looks beautiful, but structurally it is weak and not worth all that money!! I got this bed, and the whole bed is not strong! The parts DO NOT LINE UP! and that looks so cheap! squeaks, and even the base wont just line up!! Tried to return but you all know Macy's it was impossible! So buyers beware. I loved the bed, and Bernhardt furniture. Either the quality has gone very low, the company is not manufacturing quality furniture anymore or Macy's is getting the rejects from the company and Macy's is selling them!!! Some one (company) is not showing integrity and taking $$ from customers for substandard furniture. I am just totally disappointed and this is every day!!!
