frustrated

I have tried repeatedly to return these stools. I have had no luck with Macy’s or the company that sells the stools. Macys has said that the other company was responsible for the return and the other company says that Macy’s is. It has been the most frustrating experience and I will never purchase anything else from Macy’s that is sold under their name but is not their product.

Maison Boucle Bar Stools

Very comfortable chairs for kitchen island. Chic, cozy, comfortable and stylish wraps it up. I purchased in the linen color and they look great. A set of two worked out just fine.

Great product, fast delivery and easy assembly

Delivery was VERY fast. Beautiful soft fabric with proper amount of cushioning on seat and back support. Chairs were easy to assemble with decent instructions and extra parts bag.
