Luxury splurge for guest bath

Soft, stitched nicely, ample size. The velvet trim is more of a dark beige than a gold as photo showed but makes for a lovely guest towel in my bath

Sent the wrong item

Since this review is about the product and the company representing it versus Macy’s, I’m leaving a poor review because they poorly handled my order and sent me the wrong color. My Macy’s experience shopping via the app was splendid. That’s absolutely five stars. I blame the company who sent this from their distribution center for the poor service. Thus, the one star rating. It’s clearly an example of how they do business and their lack of attention to detail. Bravo, and thanks for wasting my time.
