Better for Mac
Keyboard is ok for Mac users, but misses the functionality of Dell users as it pertains the the "Fn" key on the bottom left of the keyboard. If there is no function key to toggle between them easily (in the common place), then restore the function controls (Sound, brightness, etc.) as a separate keys above the functions.

Thank you for explaining how you’d like to access the function controls on your Ergo K860. We hear your preference for an Fn key at the bottom left to make switching more familiar. You’ve also outlined an alternative with separate keys for controls such as volume and brightness. We appreciate the detail about the layout that would best suit your workflow.
Layout is too radical and this keyboard isn't for me.
Centre of the keyboard is very high. That wasn't mentioned in the marketing stuff. Struggling to get used to this and suspect I won't ever. All things considered, a poor purchase from me.

Excellent, Quality Product
Following the development of wrist pains a few years ago, I purchased an MX mouse. I also had similar ergonomic keyboards from other manufactures, but they were regularly missing keystrokes and mouse movements, and we couldn’t get to the bottom of it. So, about 2-3 months ago I purchased a K860 for a trial. The design is great and my wrists have not had any issues. I’m that impressed that I treated myself to another two K860’s and MX Mouses as I work in multiple locations, so I don’t need to carry it around with me.

Bought this as I was getting backache from a poor arm position while using my laptop. It's taken a bit of practice to get used to the key positions but I've noticed a big improvement in my comfort.

Return Process
I love the keyboard but it came with a loose spring/clip under the " 7 " key. I am working with Logitech to get this resolved but it is very slow process and is changing my mind about ordering from logitech again.

Wow. This is definitively a game changer
I was a bit nervous at the beginning due to the split keyboard but I got used to it very quickly and ... wow... what a difference it makes for managing neck and wrist pain. There is no way on Earth I'd go back to my old style keyboard after that. The position, the material and the way the keys touch feel is amazing. Connectivity is very easy and you can effectively switch between three different devices by a simple press of a button. I would definitively recommend to give it a try because this one is a keeper :)

Logitech ERGO K860 Keyboard
This was my USB replacement for the "Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard 1.0A" with a PS/2 keyboard port. This is very comfortable and I have not experienced carpel tunnel pain with either product. The wrist-rest with the Logitech ERGO K860 is padded, which is comfortable; however, it is integral part of the keyboard which concerns me if it gets dirty. This is a great product!

My first ergonomic keyboard. Took about a week to adjust and ~2 weeks to type at the same speed as before, well worth it! My wrist pain has been greatly reduced almost immediately and now regular flat keyboards feel like something that's shouldn't have existed in the first place
