never got the software :(
The bundle of the hardware was great, the quirkiness of getting the software, which was not understood, led to my son never getting it. The simiple reason being we did not want to pack everything back up and send it back to you for a credit, that was not guaranteed, and reorder everything up to 6 weeks later. If we had done that, and the credit was not granted, we could have been out the money for 2 bundles. There should be a better way, and a better explanation in the ordering process.
