Sleeps, and won't wake up
After an hour or so, the clicker stops and it won't work again - unless I reboot the computer. I've tried turning the clicker off and on, and changing the USB port of the receiver, but neither of those things work. The only solution is to reboot the computer. I find this quite unacceptable, and not what I expected from a Logitech product.

Not able to connect R400 Logitech pointer

Sticky rubber coating
I have used my R400 for years without issues. Then, rather suddenly, the rubber coating became sticky. No amount of cleaning resolved this problem. It is now a dust magnet, like a lint roller. Still functional but unpleasant to use.

Shut down / freeze up
I purchased the R400 and it mostly works well for classroom presentation imn PowerPoint. However, after ~30 minutes it freezes up and PowerPoint stops functioning. I must restart the entire system, sometimes rebooting my PC. It's not a battery issue. What gives?

Stopped working... Shows up as HID keyboard instead of MouseI
I would prefer Logitech to provide a dedicated driver. Now the device is "recognized" by windows 10 Pro and gets a 2006 Keyboard driver assigned. No idea how to work around this. Renders the clicker useless. Worked earlier on my previous PC, but due to Covid haven't needed major client presentations for a while. And now? Garbage?

Clicker wont click
I had a short time where the remote worked but had to constantly add new batteries. This was in the middle of my presentation. Very inconvenient. Can you help me with this issue?
