Absolute quality!

I was really surprised that so much had been done to safely package the briefcase. Boxed and bagged and bagged again. They make it very plain that they stand firmly behind their product. They ask you to inspect it and call with any problem. It has all the pockets anyone could want. Storage for anything. Now, it isn't cheap, but its quality surpasses anything I've seen before and it's truly beautiful!

Update of my earlier review... I'm not sure what happened, but the customer service representative I began with went missing. However, I did eventually hear from a new person and received very quick, responsive service. The company shipped out a second bag and this one passed all inspections. The leather quality is excellent and all the zippers and snaps work. A very well-designed computer bag!
