Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed a pickup order and received an email saying it was ready, but when I arrived, the store told me they couldn’t find it because it had been lost. I then had to place a new order online with express shipping, only to find out later that , even though I was given a tracking number , the order was never actually shipped. After multiple calls, customer service created a replacement order, but that one also still hasn’t shipped. At this point, I’ve dealt with lost items, incorrect tracking information, delays, and no clear resolution. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
