Love the product, HATE ordering online

I love MAC so much. Their products are unmatched in quality and I use them every single day. That being said. I wish they had more locations. There is one near me in a big box store but they never have anything in stock. Also, several times it has happened to me while shopping online, where I select which free samples I want and then after I've checked out I get a message saying they don't have the product in stock. Without suggesting or offering a backup either. When you spend a certain amount you get more samples. One of the samples I selected are in stock so you would hope they'd send another of that one in stock. But they don't. I honestly would have bought less because I like my samples. It helps me decide if I want to buy something I haven't tried before.
