Macy's Shipping is awful

I never received my shoes. No update. No nothing. But they definitely charged me for them. Another order I placed for boys shorts - I was sent the wrong size and a different pair of shorts than ordered. Do not trust shipping from Macy's to get what I ordered.

Size up

I have white feet and I’m anywhere between the 7 1/2 to 8 for sandals. I got a 7 1/2 in these and it was too tight. So I have to return them. I’m thinking maybe an eight will fit if you have white feet I would recommend to size up. I think they run small. Very cute shoes I like the height.
