Where has this been all my life?
I have been using this pan exclusively since I received it! I find it cooks hotter at a lower burner setting so that has been an adjustment I’ve happily Made.(In). I do wish it came in a smaller size as we are empty nesters and cook for 2 rather than 6. I am absolutely in love with this pan!

This pan is huge! It can do about anything, though. I have seared meats, steamed vegetables, braised meat, and used it as a stock pot. There isn’t much this pan cannot do. It is a must if you cook a large amount of food at one time.
