Real pans that really work.
This is, hands down, the best cookware I have ever used. Seriously. Just preheat, add a bit of oil and nothing sticks. Easy to clean and the fantastic heat transfer make the pan sear perfectly. I’m done with the non-stick hype. These work perfectly and are built thick and strong.

Pits easily
Pits really easy. Makes me wonder about the quality of the material. Used mainly to boil water for pasta. The bottom of pan is pitted in several areas. Stains on inside. Not what I would expect for something in this proce range. I will be looking for another brand to replace this one.

Size matters
For when size matters, the 12 Qt stock pot is there to do the work. I held off on this for a long time, hoping for a Cermiclad version like they offer for the 8qt, but I have some larger parties coming up and needed to pull the trigger beforehand. It served me very well so far. If you like to have just a big pot, this is a very good big pot that heats evenly, fits on the burner and is sturdy and strong and should last for several decades! I'd like to see a ceramiclad version with steamer and pasta inserts and maybe even a silicon protector sleeve like they have for the 8qt size. If they make that I'll upgrade but until then I'm going to use the heck out of this one!
