Bad packaging

I just received my order, I have been using this brand for a long time, it’s my favorite and I was excited to have found my favorite size in one place. however, The foam on the bra’s cups are broken in five out of six of them, due to a poor packaging job. The person responsible for putting them inside a plastic bag smooshed one cup inside of the of other, stead of just twisting one them to cup them together to avoid damage. I’m furious and very disappointed, how can someone be so careless or incompetent to do this! I love you Macy’s but I’ll give negative five stars to your incompetence employee and I’ll return 5 of bras.

Love it!

I love this bra. Very pretty and the lace overlay adds a really nice touch. The only issue I have is the straps slide down more than I would like, but I think that is a sizing issue more than anything else. I typically wear a size 42C, but went with a 40D since my size was not available. I would definitely buy another if it was available in my size.
