Very hard and uncomfortable to sit or sleep on

The sofa is super hard and not very comfortable. Only good thing about it is that it is small, so it's good for a small apartment. I also don't like the empty wasted space in the back of the sofa. It's easy to open up into a sleeper sofa but again, it is so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

It's nice and comfortable, but is not a full size as I taught it will be. Neither is a twin size.

Worst purchase decision ever

This product is not assembled. Both Macy's and Pop Maison are uncooperative with the cancellation, refund and stop shipment request Buyer be aware of this corporate scam.
