The furniture itself is beautiful. However the paint smell on this is so strong that i wake up to headache Also my eczema is not doing so well with the paint fume but the customer service says I need to pay restocking fee and wont refund my shipping cost.. Be aware before purchasing furniture from Macy

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful bed. It is solid and well constructed. The distressing of the paint is minimal, just enough to give it that cottagelook. It is true white which is just what I needed for the room. The shutter detail on the headboard is adorable and the footboard is substantial, but it is low enough that making the bed is not a problem. There are supports under the middle of the bed which is an extra nice feature for stability. It's a good substantial piece of furniture but it is not overwhelming in the room because the footboard is more low profile. I just love it, I'm very happy with it. It does need a boxspring it is not a platform for a mattress alone

I bought this bed for my teenage son. He loves it! The bed is very sturdy. Its made out of wood not compressed wood. He added a storage box underneath his bed which gave him extra storage. The frame is open and easy to clean. Roomba cleans underneath the bed easily without sticking anywhere.

Very sturdy bed and big . The woods are very heavy and knowing this means they are very good quality woods that will last longer im happy to recieve this and put this on my other room for my daughter as a suprise when she comes home to see a good quality bed

Since getting this hardwood queen bed, my sleep has improved significantly. The sturdy frame provides excellent support, and the natural wood adds a warm, calming feel to the room. It's comfortable, stylish, and a great investment.

Great Quality Nightstand
We ordered the nightstand in the brown color and it's a great size, height and good solid quality. There's some nicks in it, but part of the distressed looked. It's a bit larger than your average nightstand, but that's what we wanted. The drawers are wide & deep. It was packed well & delivery went well too. The item was well packed and my husband screwed the feet on, really easy. Def recommend!
