SLOW shipping
I ordered this product weeks ago. It didn't arrive. . .just lost in the abyss. Then, when I called Customer Service, they said they'd ship out another one, and "It will arrive in 2-3 days. . .Definitely by December 3." Well, today is December 7th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM. ***C'mon you guys, get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
