Lovely chair but instructions could be better.

These are really nice chairs -- feel solid, don't look/feel cheap. One thing though is that the instructions to put them together weren't very clear. At one point they tell you to attach the frame while the chair cushions are upside-down on a table. It makes sense until you realize there's an 8 to 10-inch gap between the bottom cushion and the wood frame when in that position. (You'll understand when you see it.) It's impossible to screw the two parts together in that position. We found that the better way was to simply have the chair set up on the floor as if it were ready to sit on it, and have someone sitting on the chair (to hold the seat pad in place and put weight on it), and the other person get down on the floor and screw the bottom cushion in place from underneath. (It's not as complicated as it sounds!)
