Everything works fine except the main purpose of this product - the monitor screen gets offline and disconnects to the camera every few minutes! It’s disappointing and frustrating because we spend a lot of money for it. Hope someone from the support will see it and help us

Horrible Parent Screen /battery
I loved this monitor and then the parent screen stopped holding a charge. We thought it was just a one time thing and since we liked the monitor we decided to get another one. We have had the new one for a few months and now the parent screen is all black and won’t turn on. It’s extremely frustrating as this is the device we use for babysitters as we didn’t want them having access on their phones. There needs to be a major update or fix to this parent screen, we have to now consider a different brand for monitors.

Perfect Timing
Thank you to Stellar Testing Panel for providing me with this smart baby monitor, it showed up at just the right time! We had been using a traditional baby monitor and this showed up around the time we transitioned our son into his own room. It has been a game changer and provides me with so much peace of mind. The video quality is so clear, I can zoom in and see my little one breath while sleeping (I can't be the only one). It was so easy to setup too, it only too 5 or 10 minutes and came with the hardware to mount it to the wall as well. The CryAssist is a nice feature too! It alerts when the baby begins to cry which is helpful if you keep the volume really low on the monitor. I also love the look and ease of use of the parent monitor. It shows the time, temperature of the room and humidity, houses the zoom and menu button and look simple and clean. I didn't think we needed a video monitor but now that we have this one I'm not sure why we waited so long

Exceptional video quality
I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Hands down the best feature of this monitor is the quality of the video it provides. No squinting trying to figure out what you're looking at, no blurry images. The sound quality is also very good, so on both counts, I felt confident using this for my little one. Set up was simple and accomplished in a matter of minutes. I prefer baby monitoring systems that have a dedicated handheld monitor (as opposed to having to use your phone screen), and the monitor here is lightweight and easy to use. The CryAssist feature is very intriguing; we've been using this product primarily with our toddler, so haven't had much occasion to test that feature out, but we are bringing our newborn home from the hospital today and are looking forward to trying the CryAssist feature with him. All in all, this monitor system seems to take into account what is most useful for and desired by parents, and incorporates it all in an easy to use format.

Packed with Features and Flexibility
I was given the Maxi-Cosi See Pro 360° Baby Monitor to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I absolutely love it! I have 3 kids (5, 3, and 5 months) and the flexibility of this baby monitor has made life much easier. The initial monitor setup and connecting to WiFi was extremely easy; the QR code on the packaging provided easy access to instructions for app installation and pairing the devices. Even though the initial setup was simple, I wish that there was a manual that showed all of the features and walked you through their purpose and how to use them. The CryAssist feature is a great concept, but it may be a bit sensitive. I received notifications that baby crying was detected when it was just my two older kids running and laughing or the television was too loud. I do like that there is a do not disturb feature that I have utilized during the day when my baby is not asleep in her room. The CryAssist alerts you of crying, translates the reason for the cry, and also gives great facts/tips related to the type of cry. The parent display was very easy to use and navigate through features. However, I preferred the clarity and brightness of the monitor when I viewed it through the app on my phone. There are so many other amazing features! This monitor allows you to customize settings like temperature and humidity, record videos and save photos directly to your phone (so fun for those sweet little moments!), and the ability to use both the parent unit or your phone to monitor your baby. I also love that you can add additional caregivers! This is a wonderful monitor and gives me peace of mind when my baby is in her crib. Overall, I loved the flexibility and features! Clear picture, full screen, can't lose
Let me just preface this that I have been using the same monitor model for my four kids since 2017…I was pleasantly SHOCKED at the clear picture and the large screen on the monitor- I could see everything! I don't have the time or energy to sit and do complicated installs, so I really appreciated how quickly the setup was- so simple! I liked being able to either use an app and save videos of my little one's sweet moments, or just use the hand held display monitor around the house. The app itself is very easy to use and a nice addition to the monitor. The CryAssist is a great feature, but I didn't need to use it as much right now, because my little one's bed alerts me to when he's crying and sometimes his babble was confused for crying. I do think this will be a great feature to use more in the future. Everything was very user-friendly, and I'd recommend it to friends and family, specifically right now to my sister who is expecting her first any day now. It helps with peace of mind, knowing that I can always look into baby's sleep time without disturbing him. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this smart baby monitor.

I love this baby monitor
I am very impressed with the quality of this monitor! This is the third baby monitor I have used and the picture and sound quality are leaps ahead of my previous two. I love how clear the image is in the screen and how I can understand everything my toddler says or hear clearly when my newborn is making any sounds. I thought the controls were all very straightforward and user friendly- and I am not usually very good with technology haha. My previous monitors also only swiveled along one axis, so this one moving on two axis's makes seeing the room a lot easier from a mounted position. The cry assist feature seems like it would be very cool and I liked that the monitor could distinguish cries from cooing or babbling to alert me, but I couldn't figure out what the box meant when it said it could differentiate between types of crying. That could just be user error though. Overall, even though I couldn't figure out the cry assist completely, I really love this monitor for its high quality finishes and easy to use design. Although I received this smart baby monitor from the Stellar Product Testing Panel I would purchase this product as well as recommend it to a friend.

poor choice
Terrible quality. The parent monitor dies in about 45 minutes. Now it needs to be plugged in constantly to work. Go with another baby monitor. The cry assist really isn’t anything but stressful and not helpful.
