Terrible quality. The parent monitor dies in about 45 minutes. Now it needs to be plugged in constantly to work. Go with another baby monitor. The cry assist really isn’t anything but stressful and not helpful.

Bad experience
Everything works fine except the main purpose of this product - the monitor screen gets offline and disconnects to the camera every few minutes! It’s disappointing and frustrating because we spend a lot of money for it. Hope someone from the support will see it and help us

Horrible Parent Screen /battery
I loved this monitor and then the parent screen stopped holding a charge. We thought it was just a one time thing and since we liked the monitor we decided to get another one. We have had the new one for a few months and now the parent screen is all black and won’t turn on. It’s extremely frustrating as this is the device we use for babysitters as we didn’t want them having access on their phones. There needs to be a major update or fix to this parent screen, we have to now consider a different brand for monitors.

Decent Camera with All the bells and Whitsles
Received this camera as a participant of the Stellar Product Testing panel. Right out the box the camera and monitor were very easy to figure out and to install. It came with very minimal and simple parts - which wa much appreciated as many baby products can be very complicated. As it is named, the camera can rotate 360 and show all kinds of angles in the room it is set in. The picture quality of the camera isn't great but it does give you the option to zoom x3. It also has pretty decent night vision. The monitor is a good size but lacking in my opinion. It takes a good 5 seconds of pushing the power button down to turn on the unit. From there it boots a welcome screen - which you have the option to select different pictures from. There is no physical volume button. You have to access the volume control from the Home Screen which is a bit cumbersome. The kickstand is not sturdy making the monitor feel flimsy when it is opened and standing up (it gets easily knocked over). The battery life is decent- it will last you a full night on standby mode. The bells and whistles: I loved that this camera can be accessed not only through the monitor but also your phone through WIFI (allows me to check in when I'm not home i.e. at work). The camera has a blue light which can be turned off or on and serve as a night light. The camera can also play lullabies which is nice to calm and relax my baby to sleep. The camera is also able to detect crying and alerts you when it detects your little crying. You can also insert a memory card to save recordings or pictures. Overall, this camera/ monitor pair is decent with lots of great additional features. I wouldn't really recommend it though as I would rather have something more simple that gives me a solid basic functioning camera (good picture quality and ease of use) than the added features which are nice but unnecessary. To add, customer support was great and very easy to contact!

Standout Baby Monitor
We have a 3 month old and have used this monitor on him for a few weeks now. Overall, we really love this baby monitor! My favorite feature is that there are TWO ways to view our baby: (1) there is a handheld parent unit (external monitor that runs on radio frequency, no WiFi required) AND (2) a phone app via WiFi! It is really useful to have both options for many reasons (not having to solely rely on WiFi; the convenience of having a parent unit instead of having to have an app open on our phone(s) all the time; being able to check in on baby from outside the house while someone's watching him; etc.) The sound and video quality are really great, and we love the big screen on the parent unit. The buttons are easy to navigate. It's useful that it relays temperature and humidity. Note: We do not find the CryAssist feature all that helpful because (a) when it alerts us he's crying, we're usually already aware that he's crying; and (b) it's still unclear to us how accurate the cry translations are (i.e. it's told us he's hungry right after he's eaten before). Yet, it's still kind of fun and thought provoking to see what it thinks he's crying about! Haha. I would definitely recommend this monitor to my friends! It's my favorite monitor so far (and I've used 3 others in the past!) (Note: I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel).

Peace in a product!!
Like the title says this is peace in a product. Thank you so much to Stellar Panel for blessing my family with this wonderful Maxi Cosi 360 baby camera for free for my honest review. This camera does so many wonderful things and has features I wouldn't have thought I'd need as a first time mom. I was so wrong. I love everything about this camera. You have 360 degree function. You can turn it by an app and a screen you will have with you at all times. It has a built in white noise machine. You can talk to your child or play music through the camera. It's easy to pack and take on vacation. You also can add any relatives to your account and they will be able to speak to the baby also so they will know their voice. Above anything I love the peace of mi's this camera gives me and my family.

Good Product
I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and overall I found this to be a good product: the sound quality was good and the picture quality was excellent. Other features I liked were the mount that allowed for a more favorable angle when setting it on a shelf vs. having to mount it on the wall, and the visual crying alert so that you know when your baby is crying, even if the sound is off. Although I didn't use the phone app, I like that it has the option to use that or the monitor. There were some features that I found less than desirable: There is a blue light that turns on, showing the camera has power, which was distracting for my baby when trying to sleep. This can be turned off but it was far from intuitive. Additionally, navigating the parent display can be challenging depending on what you are trying to do. Overall though, I would recommend this product to others looking for a baby monitor.

Overall Great Monitor
Thank you to the Stellar Panel for providing me with this product to review. The best quality of this monitor is the quality of video on the parent device. It is perfectly clear, and easy to navigate! The sound is also great - very easy to hear. It has two way audio so you can speak to your child which is helpful with a toddler. It is very easy to set up, and can be connected to WiFi if you'd prefer to use your phone over the handheld device. The app is simple and nice to have if you do not have the parent device on hand. The reason I rated the monitor 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the CryAssist feature. I do not feel that the CryAssist feature is accurate, nor would I want to rely on AI to tell me what my baby needs. I pay no attention to this feature. I did really enjoy the aesthetic of the camera - the light wood is a nice accent and it isn't too bulky. Overall, a really great monitor! I would recommend it to others.
