This item stop working after barely used

Item stopped working at all. Item was used barely 3 to 4 times. I need to send it back and get a new replacement could be a 6QT. Which is available. Or refund to my macys

Same issue with two different units

I had two different units and both had the same issue. They worked fine at first and cooked well, but only for a few months. After that, they stopped working the same way. That makes me believe it’s a quality issue, not just bad luck. It’s disappointing because it does cook, but it doesn’t last. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for something reliable.
