Not handled with care

Came in a tiny pouch instead of a nice necklace holder. Scratching itself up I was really shocked. Little frustrating. This is a Christmas gift and they just send it in a hearing pouch or something.

Beautiful chain, lays flat and has nice weight to it. Very bright and shiny. Came in nicer gift box (in a bag inside).
