Bad

Clasp broke and lost the bracelet. When I realized it had fallen i tracked my step but never recovered it back. Loss of $.

never received a text to pick the item. today is 11-24-25 and i don't have it yet. very poor and disappointing service.

Not worth it.

I like the box chain look. However the clasp is way too teeny & hard to close. I bought this at 70% off and it is still not worth it. Very light. The original price on this is absurd. I’ll be returning it & have learned my lesson about ordering jewelry online.
