Never arrived

I would love to review the item but it never arrived. Customer for Macys was nearly non-existent. The y were not able to o provide support to help assist track the item beyond the ups tracking item that constantly stated the label was printed. It was an extremely frustrating experience since I purchased these for a business trip and it took 30 days to be refunded. I will no longer purchase any items from Macys online moving forward.
