Mens Solid Cuban Link Bracelet in 14k Gold-Plated

I was very disappointed by this order. I was so excited to give this to my son for Christmas. #1 the order was not available for pick up in the store as it was originally advertised. I sat and waited for my email confirmation to come and get the bracelet, only to Get an email many hours later saying it must be shipped. Then, when I asked for it to be shipped, the advertisement said we would get it in Time for Christmas but that didn't happen either. Finally, once I received this bracelet and my son put it on, it came loose and fell off. This has been a highly disappointing experience and I am truly a loyal Macy's customer. This s not how Christmas is supposed to be.
