Poor design. Plastic backing can not be repaired
I never had a chance to wear my watch. The back fell off and I could never get it back on. I tried taking it to a jewelry shop,but they couldn't fix it.

Waste of money
The Battery only last 4 to 5 hours ,Does not stay connected to the app on my phone , Steps are way off and heart rate does not work .

I bought two watches and both watches the back disconnected from the base and I was unable to return the second one, due to was past the 30 day return policy.

Very frustrating
poor material... 3 months of use the back fell, and the worst is you have Macys card, buy at Macys and they can not do anything.... have to pay for shipping to repair direct MK for a product I bought at Macys. Ans I still have to hear from the Macys sales rep. that MK really has the worst products.

Not recommend
The clock runs out very quickly. I don't use this except to watch the notification of calls. I have not installed any applications, I do not use fitness functions at all. I wear this for beauty and style. However, the battery is discharged every evening. Very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

Battery life is dependent on use, similar to a cell phone- if you are using GPS, making calls, using several third party apps etc the battery will drain faster. Beautiful and Practical!
Wow I read sooooooo many reviews and I was hesitant on getting this watch but I’m so glad I took a chance! 1. It’s gorgeous and wayyyyy better looking than an Apple Watch 2. It’s wayyyyy less expensive than an Apple Watch 3. I don’t live in Colorado and really don’t need to check my oxygen levels....so for a regular smart watch it does everything I need it to do: notifications for messages, emails, news alerts, phone calls, weather, # of steps per day 4. I read the reviews about the connection to the app. So far so good. Only once it has disconnected me....but I’ll be in my 2nd floor house and it would still be connected

Horrible buy. Stopped charging out of nowhere and costs a lot to fix. Not worth your money.
