Terrible battery
I love this watch.... The battery on the other hand is awful. Fossil makes these and they aren't quick to respond to emails. You have to send your watch to them for a battery that isn't sold anywhere

Pretty but Heavy
Has great features but it’s large and heavy

Tips for easy use
I love the MK products of smart watches. I have the Runway but just purchased the Darcie 5e for the call feature. What disappoints me is the lack of info on features and set up.. I looked Everywhere and there are a few "You Tubers" with helpful video but MK should have a link to a feature and use video for EACH of their smartwatches...

Very unsatisfied
This is the second MK Smart Watch that I've purchased and the first one lasted for years, but I just wanted to upgrade it. So, I purchased this one (also from Macy's on 3/21/2021) and it stopped working just after 1 year. I've tried everything to attempt to fix it. Do not purchase this one - I highly discourage anyone from buying this one.
