Zipper

Purchased black medium Zipper is very tough to use and magnets do not always stay. Love the handles very comfortable. Wish it was just a bit smaller. Medium size bags are always a bit larger than you would expect. Overall I would recommend this bag

Macy's CS is not reasonable.

Love the product, it is Macy's service that was horrible. I paid to expedite, but they ignored it and sent it 5 days late. Then gave me a hard time about refunding the expedite shipping I paid for.

Perfect purse!

I am obsessed with this purse! I got the medium sized bag. It's not too big and not too small. Fits my large wallet very nicely along with my mittens and all my other little belongings. I love that it has the strap to make it a crossbody bag. And it looks sooo nice as well!
