Cheap zipper

Beautiful bag, but the zipper broke the first time I tried to zip it!! Not as simple as asking MK to return. It’s monogrammed. They want all the original tags attached and a video showcasing such etc and then they’ll think about it I suppose. Luckily I didn’t unwrap it stitch it in closet without fully checking it out first!

This is my 2nd set. I love MK. Traveling from KC to Dallas and so many compliments from both women and men. I was able to get everything in both pieces. I do wish the suitcase was larger in which I've not been able to find.
