Powerful cleaning that last!

I wanted to use my new Miele Blizzard CX1 a few times before reviewing. Its powerful cleaning performance means I vacuum less often, which is a clear benefit. The low-maintenance design allows me to get more use out of it before needing to empty the container. I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the high price — I can honestly say I am glad I did. To help shoppers, I'd like to provide a little background: I have a two-floor home with wall-to-wall carpeting, including the stairs. My previous Dyson (cat/dog) cordless vacuum, which stopped charging, was a disappointment from day one. That Dyson never cleaned my carpets well enough, especially compared to the Miele, which became evident after trying it. Some getting used to the cord when switching from cordless, but it's still worth it. Overall, if you need a powerful, low-maintenance vacuum for multi-floor homes, the Miele Blizzard CX1 is worth considering. Thank you.
