Overall a good product

I've used this new vacuum once so far. It worked very well. The suction was strong. My previous bagless canister vacuum used to fall over on its side all the time. This vacuum is designed better and never fell over once. I'm giving this 4 stars, because right out of the box the crevice nozzle was missing. I called Miele and they immediately offered to ship one out to me. Overall, it appears to be a good product and I was pleased when working with their customer service.

Not worth the money

We got tired of our backings, breaking down, so we thought we would splurge, so we decided to get this vacuum. Extremely disappointed with the outcome. The pros are the vacuum itself is very quiet, It's great at picking up dog hair and i love the attachments. Cons. . . the cord is not long enough, it doesn't pick up dirt. I have to go over a room multiple times bc it shoots the dirt out. It's really frustrating considering how expensive this was. The suction is great but the head is awful.

Super quiet!

Large unit; however, works great, sturdy, and super quiet! Loved all the extension/accessories have a built in slot to keep them organized and quickly accessible for use.

Very good, with some minor feedback

This is a very nice vacuum, powerful on hardwood and tile, maneuverable, easy to empty. The cord could be longer. Also, I thought the turbo brush was electric (like a beater brush). You would think a thousand dollar vacuum would have a beater brush. I will search for one to buy. The turbo brush is fine, but it doesn't really get deep into even low pile carpets.

Good but difficult to clean the brush

It's great at suction however, the cleaning of the brush is difficult as it's not easily to take out without a screw driver or patiently pulling out the hairs that are caught on the brush.
