The perfect knife
This knife is our favorite knife, we use it for everything. The rounded edges are perfect, the blade is pristine and the cutting edge is crazy sharp. We couldn’t be happier with it and we will be buying more Miyabi knives later

Very nice knife overall
The knife is overall very well balanced and beautifully built, but it does not appear nearly as sharp as the miyabi chefs knife.

Light and quick
Super light and precise knife. Feels great in the hand and is the perfect intermediate when you need something smaller than a chefs knife but still need the power.

Solid Utility Knife
Sturdy handle and appropriate blade length for smaller scale prep work. Good balance and solid feel in my hand. My only minor complaint is the rounded heel of the blade, as I would have preferred a pointed heel. Other than that, very pleased overall.
