Beautifully crafted prep knife

This knife has a shorter and flexible blade to facilitate in the prepping of fish, chicken, and vegetables. The blade is very sharp with a comfortable handle. This is an excellent and serviceable knife!

We bought a knife years ago when we lived in Japan (25+ years), and it’s still perfect. This one so far is just as good…. Look out though, it’s sharp!!!!
