Seller return intentional delays

When ordering from Macys now you can get a 3rd party seller. This seller in particular still has not refunded my return. Product was unopened returned immediately it’s been 2 weeks. Will follow up with dispute/complaint direct with Macys. Item returned to local Macys store.

Bad customer service

The company selling these pots and pans refused a price.Adjustment guarantee after they dropped the price thirty dollars a week.After black friday, bad business will return.

I would recommend!

These pots and pans I received are wonderful! You get so many pieces in the bundle and I was able to get rid of my old ones! I got the black matte color and it goes well with all my other appliances. When cooking with them they are nice as they can just be wiped clean and they are heavy for good durability.

Its really non stick

These pans are great and heat up fast. I found that these nonstick pans really do the job, mess free. I love that nothing sticks and it’s easy to clean. They’re very minimal looking and the color is nice. I also like the material that they’re made out of. Other pans contain non stick material is horrible for you and this steel is nice!

Looks nice, easy to clean, lightweight

Aesthetically please set for a small family- a little petite in size for my family of 4. Pans heat well, cook evenly and are very lightweight compared to my calphalon set Pro: are dishwasher safe. After a run in the dishwasher as good as new

A Great set of pans

I received the 11 piece Gotham Steel Modern Cream non-stick cookware from nInfluenster for free for my honest review. I have used this set of pan for almost a month now. I am very pleased with them. First of all, they are lightweight! My elderly mother loves using them. I am delighted at how evenly well it cooks food. Eggs don't stick. Pan heats quickly. I can use metal utensils in them. The color is really nice and different. The handles are a gold tone and made of metal. They are dishwasher safe but I never put my pans in the dishwasher. These are super easy to clean. The only thing I wish they had was glass lids. However, the lids are very nice with a vent hole in them. I do a lot of cooking at home so I have put these to the test and they are the perfect size for a family of 3. Overall I highly recommend these pans.
