Missing parts

The chairs look as though they'd be just what I'm looking for but unfortunately can't assemble them as they are missing parts. Came in boxes of pairs and one was clearly repacked. Probably someone else got them first and found the parts incomplete. I will have to go through the hassle of returning them and I hope someone else doesn't end up with them.
