Dead Battery

Gorgeous watch, but arrived with a dead battery, sticker on the back of the watch says “Battery Change 2024”. Returned to Macy’s in store, Rep asked if I purchased Macy’s Protection Program to fix the battery. Who buys a watch with a dead battery and then pays to get it replaced right after. At least the Manager was nice to help me, but not a good overall experience for this brand.

Nothing better than the classic Movado watch!

This watch is the best of the best. It is distinctive, iconic, and is a timepiece with class. Runs like a Swiss watch should, with precision. I will have no other watch.
