unsatisfactory return process

I purchased these boots online from Macys. I do not need them as I received boots for Christmas. I now learn that I must return them to the seller instead of Macys. When I contacted the seller they responded that they would respond to my return request within a few days. This whole process came as an unpleasant surprise since I thought that I was purchasing the boots from Macys. This is the first time that I have been unhappy being a Macys customer.

Complicated to refund

Should not buy with them third party …. Not easy for refund and I have to pay for the printing of labels… cost me $$$$ because I don’t have printer.

Very disappointed nice looking boots No side zipper, no give very Stiff not wearable. I wear size 91/2-10 purchased size 11 in my opinion very poorly made, unwearable!

Do Not Purchase

I was so disappointed with this purchase that it led me to writing my first review. I’m usually pleased with items purchased at Macy’s but these shoes are extremely uncomfortable. No arch support & very stiff. My feet feel as those they were slipped into a cardboard box. Worst purchase ever!!!!!
