This Jersey Fraser Fir tree features Feel Real® branch tip technology, creating a tree with remarkable realism. These crush-resistant branch tips are molded from real tree branches for an authentic living tree appearance. This full-bodied tree is pre-strung with 900 clear lights that remain lit even if a bulb burns out. The medium width of this tree may be a better fit in areas where floor space is limited. Three section construction and hinged branches add to ease of assembly. Sturdy folding metal tree stand is included.

The tree itself is nice but does not look much like the picture, even after fluffing. I’m thankful I got a deal or else I would of returned honestly. But again, it’s a nice tree and lights are bright.

Worst customer service ever.

Terrible customer support. If I could give zero stars I would. Tree seems fine, lights are working fine tree is what I expected.

Not quite perfect

Great look and feel real needle, but lights failed upon opening assembly. Sporadic strands unlit.

Don’t buy

Just now assembled this tree. DOES lNOT look full. Wires are wrapped around branches so unable to fluff branches as directed unless you bend bough and un-knot wire. Lost lots of leaves due to excessive handling of branches. Also could have given clearer directions to plug in different sections,

Other occasion to buy:Very thin, see through, not as pictured.
