Lights didn’t work

Received our tree and started to put it together. We plugged in the second tier and saw a string of lights were not working. My husband checked out the cord and changed the fuses on all strings. Nothing fixed the problem. Sent the tree back to Macys. Ordered another tree from the Northern Tree Co directly. Saved $138 with direct purchase.
