Defective - Clicking Sound

I loved the boot and Cafe color but on my first day of wearing, I noticed the right boot is clicking. Now, if I want to see if I can return them as defective, I have to send them back on my own dime and their site indicates "We cannot guarantee refund amounts, as the warehouse makes the final determination for returns." So it sounds like either I won't be refunded my full amount paid or at all.

Cute shoes!

Cute shoes! This is my first time hearing about this brand and I am pleasantly surprised! The color is beautiful. The shoe fits nice around my ankle and toes, however, I accidentally purchased the wide calf version and they are too wide for my legs so that is a bummer. The toe shape is a square, which I have never seen before. The material of the boots are nice and soft and the shoes are comfortable to walk in. These boots with leggings and a sweater will be perfect for Thanksgiving!

So shocked

When I got the notification for the opportunity to get a pair of boots from this brand, I was so excited. The style of boot is everything, my feet don't hurt on an all day wear, super comfortable. The only problem is I didn't realize this boot was a wide calf so unfortunately I won't be able to wear them because the calf is too big and it just looks weird

These are the most beautiful pair of boots. The color is perfect for fall. The leather looks great quality. The detailing of the zipper and gold hardware goes beautifully with the nude color boot. The heel is durable and the fit is so comfortable i can walk for hours. Love the support it gives my feet and the look!

Holy cow these are comfortable! I usually can’t find boots that aren’t painful to wear. These are so comfortable, they have stretch, and they’re stylish! They feel like high quality boots that will last a long time, and I think they could be dressed up or down!
