Great Boot!

This is a great boot! I love the style; especially the heel height. Not too tall, but just the right height. Also, the liner is a good orthotic which gives the footbed much needed support!

Pure stunning luxury!

These Naturalizer leather knee-high boots are exceptionally well made. The leather is soft, supple, and comfortable right out of the box. The subtle gold detailing elevates the look and makes them appear far more expensive than their price point. The mid-height heel is remarkably comfortable and feels almost like wearing a flat, even after extended wear. The boots fit true to size, and the calf width is spot on, with discreet stretch vents that allow for flexibility without compromising the silhouette. They stay in place while walking and do not sag. The square toe provides a roomy, comfortable toe box, making these boots both stylish and practical. Stylish

Very stylish boots. Not the cushioned & comfortable footbed I’ve come to expect from Naturalizer brand, but fit is tru to size. I’m 5’6” so these hit me just where they should below the knee! I love the squared toe look & the gold side buckle embellishment. Zipper functions properly, but wish these were a little more fitted at calf. My legs are long & lanky tho so not wholly unexpected that calf would be larger on me! All in all a great boot for the sale price!

Boots nice, Macy’s service is terrible

I returned these boots as they were nice but too, too tall. They received them back at Macy’s in the original box, package unworn. After 6 business days of them having the returned boots, I called and was told an immediate refund would take place. It’s December 25th, still no refund. I also ordered a stock pot that was lost in shipping and never received. That at least was refunded after 3 phone calls. Reordered another pair of boots on the 18th and they just shipped. Never again, macys. Never again!

1/4 size too small

The boots are pretty and fit well in the calf but the foot bed is 1/4 size too small. The leather also came a but scuffed, so I will have to stretch the footbed and condition the leather to fix them, as the website says I am not able to return them.
