SOOOO SOFT

This is a good quality product and soft. The cover is easy to take off and wash. You can use it for your lower back or neck. It gives good supports. I am thinking about buying one for everyone in my family. I really like it.

Great for relieving neck pain

Nestl Firm Memory Foam Neck Roll

It was advertised as firm neck roll. It goes completely flat when you lay on it, no support for the neck whatsoever. It doesn't even say firm on box.
