the pillow is pretty and if you are buying for decorative purposes only, it will do... But it is too hard to use for the neck/head pain relief/help.

while it is a nice pillow, it is not for me.. I have neck problems and this pillow is TOO HARD for me. i bought the medium /standard. will keep but just for decoration purposes.

don't know about the pillow yet but the shipping of the pillow the box it was in the bag that The box was in look like it been through the ringer. oh dirty and trashy looking and the box seem to have been open. it didn't even come in a Macy's bag so why didn't I come into Macy's bag and why was the bag and the box so shaggy looking? I'm thinking about sending it back just because of the bag in the box being all shaggy looking I don't even want to open the pillow. If it was delivered like it should have been in a Macy's bag and the box in the bag that it came in was not all raggedy shaggity looking then yes I would recommend it but not now.
