Delivery bag and contents bag awful

When the service rep brought my package from the back room it looked gross. It was covered in some type of tar, mud, or some sort of unknown dark substance. She stated that she didn’t know what it was. I informed her I couldn’t put that package in my car like that and we opened it and removed the contents. Upon fist glance everything appeared okay. However, once I went to put the comforter in the car I realized there was a large slit at the bottom of the comforter package. Because I had to pick up my grandkids from daycare, I didn’t have time to run back in to the store but I did take a photo. That part of the cover was dirty. It’s still stirring by the door. Not sure what I’ll do with it.

Best blanket ever!!!

This is the best blanket I’ve ever had. It has a great weight that is great for warmth and coziness. It is very well made with soft, stitched edges. It’s the most plush and soft blanket I’ve ever bought. People loved it so much I bought 2 more for family Christmas gifts!!!
