So much better than drinking ACV
I use ACV for blood sugar control, but I don't love the taste or the acid being in my mouth. Using a capsule version is much easier. And I can travel with these or take them with me if I know I'll be eating out later. The capsules aren't huge, so i didn't have too much trouble swallowing them.
