Easy to use

The gelatin is plentiful and easy to use. In search of more protein (for my aging bones), I sprinkle the gelatin liberally on any surface that takes it -- broth, buttered toast, yogurt, etc. It doesn't affect the taste but it does enhance "mouthfeel."

Beef Gelatin Powder - the best I have found

The best protein powder I have found! I use a Tbsp in my coffee each morning for 9 grams of protein that gets me to lunch time without being so hangry!
