Over all heath is better.

I have been using colloidal minerals for around a year. It has been great more energy, hair is a lot healthier, finger nails are also healthier.

toxic combination

The ingredients include citric acid and potassium benzoate. When potassium benzoate and ascorbic acid, citric acid, or vitamin C are combined in food or drinks, they react to form benzene. Benzene is a known carcinogen that can cause leukemia and other blood cancers. Also, traces of copper and iron (both are present in colloidal minerals) catalyze reactions involving ascorbic and benzoic acids.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product. Hopefully, this additional information will be helpful. While it is true that sodium benzoate and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) can form benzene, we do not use ascorbic acid in this formula. Citric acid does not have the same reaction as ascorbic acid in relation to potential benzene formation. That's because ascorbic acid is a reducing agent while citric acid is not. As a precaution, we have tested our product and have not found the presence of benzene, which can form by prolonged exposure of the ascorbic acid and sodium benzoate in a bottle containing liquid.

Great mineral supplement

I started using NOW colloidal minerals over 8 years ago. It works as a good source of trace minerals and fulvic acid. I like that it contains silver, selenium and zinc. it is part of my morning routine.
