Poor quality

Ours didn’t even make it a year. The last one we had was 8 years old before we needed a new one. This one had problems from day 1. The quality has dropped and we won’t be buying another one

Great performer, but short lived!

Nearly daily use in the home for 19 months and it's done. Bearings sound like they're worn out. I make mostly blended coffee drinks for me, sometimes two a day. If I had to guess, I'd say 400-500 uses before pulling the plug on it.

Owned 5, but no more!

Owned 5 Nutribullets over 11 years. They all eventually leaked and died. Whatever (I used it every day, so I expected as much). Nonetheless, based on recent experience, I will never buy another one. The last one that I bought died and was replaced in its entirety by Nutribullet. Nice. (I bought all of the others myself). However, after 1 month, the o-ring then fell out of the replacement and my dog then broke and tried to eat it after it fell to the floor. I called NB to get a replacement o-ring, but was told that o-rings are only sold in conjunction with the blending knives piece, and that I would have to pay for it! (it fell out after one month!). The CS people are very nice, but can only implement corporate policy. I'm totally done with Nutribullet.

Best Smoothie Appliance

Love this little blender. I purchased for making smoothies quick and easy in the morning. I own a Vitamix, but I wanted something to use that blended every bit of everything I put in my smoothie but didn't want the hassle of a big clean up. The Nutribullet Pro is perfect and I love the convenience of having my smoothie ready to drink straight from the vessel.

Works well, but a bit disappointed

It's OK. Gasket comes with thick smoothies. If gasket breaks there's no replacement. It's not Tritan

Plain and Simple….it’s Perfect!

Plain and Simple! We love it! We have a smoothie every morning! It’s powerful with our ice, yet not as loud as our past one…and not too big to travel with! It’s perfect for our needs!
