Disappointed

The a few of panels that form the hamper had chips and uneven paint streaks. The panel that forms the front face of the hamper is surrounded by a frame. At the bottom where the panel and frame meet, the paint was pushed up so there is no paint in that area area. Horrible smell for several days. Not worth what I paid for it.
