Unhappy Customer

I wish I could give an accurate review but I can't because I still havent received the item. I ordered it on January 3rd, here we are Jan 21st and still no purse. I strongly suggest stop using the carrier you're using because I NEVER receive my packages from them on time. I ALWAYS have to hunt the package down.
