Flatware is nice! Fulfillment Center is Awful!

The flatware is nice, the Fulfillment Center is awful! I purchased FOUR 20-piece place settings for 4 people. In other words, 4x4=16 place settings for 16 guests. Evidently the people at the Fulfillment Center are not reading the “20-piece” wording in the order. They sent me 4 place settings. I called Customer Service and explained their error of sending only 4 place setting when I truly ordered 16. She totally understood and put in a correction to send me three(3) more 20-piece place settings for 4 people…. In other words, 12 more place settings for 12 guests. Well, I received my shipment yesterday, and the Fulfillment Center repeated their same mistake…. I got 3 place settings. I have now received a total of almost half my order and can set the table for 7 people. I think today I am going to try going to my small local Macy’s store and see if they have a Customer Service Department. The Fulfillment Center is either unobservant or doesn’t understand the lingo used in ordering dinnerware. So now I continue my struggle to get 9 more place settings for which Macy’s has already charged me.
