Disappointed

Macy's, what is really going on? How do you deliver a package to Salt Lake City, Utah that was supposed to be delivered to Georgia? Help me understand that! Very disappointed!

Other occasion to buy:email said order was here and ready for pickup. I ordered 3 sets but only 1 set showed up, Cashier said there was only one even when I told her I was expecting 3.

Said delivered, but it wasn't.

IT WASN'T ALL THERE. I ordered 3 sets of service for 8 since I have 24 coming for dinner. It arrived just in time- except it didn't! I only received ONE box of flatware, even when I told the person at the picku desk I was expecting 3, she said "no, we only have one for you"

Buy and don’t hesitate

Quality set. I opted for a darker set to match or to complement my dinner plates. The set was perfect. It’s heavy and it’s enough for eight settings. Very glad I made the purchase.
